Hi! I'm Jordan, and I'm so glad you're here.

After years of creating drool-worthy desserts for guests at a luxury resort in Paradise Valley (hello, cranberry-walnut tart!), I traded hotel kitchens for my childhood dream of opening my own bakery...Super CAKED!

Today, I'm blessed to do what I love, creating custom cakes, decorated sugar cookies, artisan breads, pastries, and other sweet treats for celebrations throughout Tolleson, Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Glendale, Surprise, Buckeye, and communities across Arizona's West Valley.

Over the past few years, I've created countless baked goods, including hundreds of custom cakes and thousands of decorated sugar cookies and cake pops. 

Every order is crafted from scratch with premium ingredients, creativity, and plenty of love because I believe your desserts should taste every bit as amazing as they look.

My licensed cottage bakery is equipped with professional bakery equipment, allowing me to bring the same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail I developed throughout my pastry career in premier hotels while giving every order the personal attention it deserves.

I'm a classically trained pastry chef, graduating from the Arizona Culinary Institute and continuing my pastry education with specialized training in Italy. My business degree helps me run the bakery, but my heart has always belonged in the kitchen.

When I'm not baking, you'll usually find me tending my herb and fruit garden, dreaming up new recipes, or finding fresh inspiration for my next custom creation.

Whether I'm creating a one-of-a-kind celebration cake, a tray of decorated sugar cookies, custom photo cakes and cookies, or fresh focaccia bread, my goal is always the same: to create something that brings people together and makes life's sweetest moments even more memorable. 

My work has also caught the attention of the media. In 2024, The Modesto Bee featured my elaborate three-foot-tall gingerbread Nativity, which I designed, baked and decorated entirely by hand. Read the feature.
