You’ll immediately receive an email or text confirming your inquiry was received. Jordan will personally respond with your order quote within 1–2 business days. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Inquiries received after business hours or on weekends will be reviewed the next business day.
Jordan may contact you by text, email, or phone to discuss your design, flavors, quantity, size, pickup date, and any other details needed to create your order exactly as you envision it.
Once everything is finalized, you’ll receive a detailed invoice reflecting everything discussed, including any changes made after your original inquiry was submitted.
Your invoice serves as the final confirmation of your order. Please review it carefully to ensure everything is correct, including:

A 50% deposit is required to reserve and confirm all standard custom orders. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due at pickup. You may pay the balance online through your invoice before arriving, or bring cash, a credit card, or a debit card to pay the remaining balance at pickup.
Fast Track (last-minute) orders, when available, require payment in full at the time of booking.
Online Store purchases are also paid in full when the order is placed through the Online Store.
Super CAKED is a licensed Arizona cottage bakery, where every order is handcrafted by Pastry Chef Jordan in her professionally equipped in-home bakery, not a traditional retail storefront. Pickup is by scheduled appointment at Jordan’s Tolleson bakery, and the pickup address will be included on your confirmed invoice.
Third-party delivery may be available for select Online Store items and locations. Delivery options will appear during online checkout when available. Because delivery is provided by an independent service, Super CAKED cannot guarantee product condition after an order leaves the bakery.
Arizona sunshine can be hard on cakes, cookies, and other baked treats. During the warmer months, please arrive in a vehicle with functioning air conditioning and plan to keep your desserts in a cool, climate-controlled environment during transport.
Jordan will also provide storage, refrigeration, and serving recommendations for your specific order at pickup so your desserts stay fresh and beautiful until it's time to enjoy them.
