FAQ

What are your hours?

I am open Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM and Saturday 9AM to 2PM. I take time off during most major holidays.

How do I place an order?

Please visit the Custom Orders tab,  and fill out a form to tell me what you’re dreaming of. Once you submit your request, I’ll be in touch within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday) to talk details. Orders aren’t confirmed until I have connected with you and receive a deposit.

If you need something quicker, please visit my online store or call 

(480)524-1214. I do my best to fulfill orders with fast turnaround times, but I cannot always make them happen- orders may be fast-tracked for a fee.

How do I shop your online store?

Head over to the Specials & 2-Day Bakes tab to see bakes for upcoming celebration specials and my classic bakes like cookies, cupcakes, and breads. 

Celebration Specials are available for pre-orders only and can be picked-up or delivered on specific days, and Classic Bakes are available all year round with only a 2-3 day lead time. 

What are 'Fast Track' orders?

Fast Track orders are last-minute requests placed outside the standard ordering window. They’re accepted based on availability and may include a Fast Track fee and requires full payment upfront, but these orders are pushed to the front of my system.

I always recommend ordering ahead, but I'll do my best to fit you in when I can.

How far in advance should I place a custom order?

I recommend 1-2 weeks notice for anything custom. That gives me the time to talk with you about what you would like and to make something amazing! For weddings and large events, I may need even more time—so reach out as early as you can so I can reserve your date.

What’s your payment policy?

For custom orders, I require a 50% deposit to hold your spot. The rest is due on the day of pickup or if it is going to be delivered, it may be due before.
For items in my online stores, payment is due at checkout.

For Fasts Track orders, payment is due upfront.

What’s your cancellation policy?

I totally get that plans change. If you need to cancel your custom order, let me know ASAP. If it’s  2 weeks or more before your order is due, a full refund will be issued. If it is between 1 to 2 weeks before your order is due, a credit will be issued toward a future order. Lastly, because customs are  made just for you, I can’t issue refunds for cancellations made under 1 week.

Do you have gluten-free or vegan desserts?

Yes! I offer select gluten-free and vegan goodies like cakes, cookies, and brownies. These are by special request only - please reach out with the 'Contact Us' form and I would be happy to make something delicious for you.

Do you have allergy-friendly options?

My kitchen is not a certified allergen-free kitchen, so while I do offer treats made without certain ingredients, I can’t guarantee that your products will not come into contact with allergens, like gluten or nuts.

Do you deliver or ship?

Delivery may be available depending on the size of your order and where it’s going. Just ask! A delivery fee applies. I don’t offer shipping at this time.

Custom cakes that are 3-teirs or more must be delivered.

June Vacation!

 I'll be taking breaks in June to rest & recharge. Orders will be closed from June 1-9 & June 22-30. I look forward to baking for you later this summer!
