What are your hours?

We’re open Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We take time off on major holidays. On Saturdays, you can often catch us at West Valley markets! Check out our Contact Us page for our latest market and popup schedule.

How do I place an order?

Celebrating something special? Whether it’s a birthday, gender reveal, smash cake, or just a “because I want dessert” kind of day—we’ve got you covered! Use our Order Now form to tell us what you’re dreaming of. Once you submit your request, we’ll be in touch within 48 business hours (Monday–Friday) to talk details. Orders aren’t confirmed until we connect with you and receive a deposit.

How do I shop your online store?

Head over to our online shop for Sweet Deals (monthly specials!) and customer favorites like cookies, cupcakes, and breads. These are available on short notice, Monday through Friday.

How far in advance should I place a special order?

We recommend 2–3 weeks notice for custom orders. That gives us time to make something amazing! For weddings and large events, we’ll need even more time—reach out early so we can reserve your date.

What’s your payment policy?

For custom orders, we ask for a 50% deposit to hold your spot. The rest is due on the pickup or delivery day.
For items in our online store, payment is due at checkout.

What’s your cancellation policy?

We totally get that plans change. If you need to cancel your custom order, let us know ASAP. If it’s more than 5 days before pickup, we can offer you a credit toward a future order. Because everything we make is made just for you, we can’t issue refunds for cancellations made within 5 days of pickup. (Wedding cakes have their own cancellation policy—just ask us!)

Do you have gluten-free or vegan desserts?

Yep! We offer gluten-free and vegan goodies like cakes, cookies, and brownies. You can order through our Order Now form or grab something from the online store.

Do you have allergy-friendly options?

We’re not a certified allergen-free kitchen, so while we do offer treats made without certain ingredients, we can’t guarantee they haven’t come into contact with allergens like gluten or nuts.

Do you deliver or ship?

Delivery may be available depending on the size of your order and where it’s going. Just ask! A delivery fee applies. We don’t offer shipping at this time.
