Jordan's scrumptious desserts and delectable pastries have been savored by thousands of international travelers, corporate guests, and families who dined at Mountain Shadow, an upscale resort destination in Paradise Valley, Arizona. She most recently served as the Executive Pastry Chef at Mountain Shadow for several years where she developed recipes and baked resort favorites. Two of the most memorable included a dark chocolate hazelnut-salted caramel tart and lemon-coconut tres leches cake with mixed berry sorbet. Are you hungry yet?
When the hotel hospitality industry was limited by the pandemic, Jordan took advantage of her newfound time to achieve her longtime culinary goal—she launched CAKED. Her now full-time bakery business specializes in special-order cakes, cookies, treats, and breads. On many weekends you can find CAKED at local markets, including Park West in Peoria, AZ.
Jordan caters her baking expertise to all dietary preferences, including gluten-free and vegan. She graduated with honors from Arizona Culinary Institute and trained in baking, pastry, and gelato at the Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria, Italy. She holds a bachelor’s degree in entrepreneurship from Grand Canyon University. She has more than just culinary skills, she has the knowledge and professionalism to back it all up.
